COLLIO DOP

Pinot Bianco

0,75LT

HISTORICAL BACKGROUND
It is now well established that it is (as well as the Pinot Grigio) of a genetic variant of Pinot Noir, it has long been confused with the Chardonnay (of which, on the other hand, it has many common characteristics). The vine is native to Germany; but nowadays it is cultivated almost all over the world. In Italy it has found its suitable climate in Friuli, in fact in these areas, particularly suited to the vine, yields per hectare are very low and this allows to produce a high quality white wine.

WINE
Of medium gradation and acidity, right body, straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. When young, it has a pleasant and very elegant fragrance, never violent, rich in nuances, always delicious, in which the sense of smell delights in the search for wild flowers, artemisia, cherry, apricot and apple.

From the selection of the best grapes we produce small batches of wine that we refine in barriques and are suitable for the assembly of our reserves. And here the range of the bouquet is extended to become infinite and the research is oriented on the grasses of the meadows, on the aromatic leaves, on the dried fruits, on the undergrowth of the thousand precious herbs.

FOOD MATCHING
It can be drunk as an aperitif, but also with fish appetizers in general, soups or first dishes seasoned in white sauce, poultry, eggs, not spicy cheeses.

Our Wines

Filtro Vini

Risposta 110

A Ribolla Gialla Spumante that combines the typicality of a large grape of the territory with a young and fun idea of wine.

Rosso Collio

From the same grapes also comes the unmistakable Collio Rosso. Bottled after twelve months of aging in wood, it reveals a full flavor, releasing herbaceous aromas and floral notes of undergrowth.

Merlot

The less refined palates should definitely try wines like the pure Merlot. After the alcoholic fermentation, a short refinement in steel follows. This allows them not to lose those notes and the drinkability that identifies young wines ready for consumption.

Cabernet Franc

The less refined palates should definitely try wines like the pure Cabernet Franc. After the alcoholic fermentation, a short refinement in steel follows. This allows them not to lose those notes and the drinkability that identifies young wines ready for consumption.

Ribolla Gialla

Historic Collio wine, dry and citrine, of medium alcohol content. Floral aromas of plants such as acacia, birch and in its freshness, the limoncella.

Pinot Grigio

Deliciuous and filiform, very intense in the floral scents, ripe and crunchy fruit, with a fresh and tense mouth.

Pinot Bianco

With a delicate and incisive taste, ample and well-balanced on the palate, it spreads a warm and marly touch to those who taste it. Well balanced, pleasant to drink in its white floral and peach note.

Opera Prima

Its composition is a result of the blend of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Ribolla gialla. This blend best expresses the main characteristics of each grape: power, elegance and freshness.

Sauvignon

It finds its highest expression in these hills, presenting an explosion of characteristic and refined aromas, a prelude to a sensation that also manifests itself to the palate.

Friulano

Produced from Tocai grapes, it is a fine wine, delicate on the palate and with an intense fragrant bouquet reminiscent of wild flowers. It is a banner of Friulian enology.
